I bought this machine last night 6/3/16 at my local Home Depot.
Today 6/4/16 I used it for the first time and when I was rotating the cable back to the machine it suddenly get stuck. After I managed to get the cable out I found it's somehow broken! I mean, the inside wire is fine but the cover is broken. I have took some picture as attached.
I am really disappointed! There is a label on the package box saying the product may not be returned to the store is opened or used! So I called the number of Ridgid and the office is closed and no customer service as well!
I do need a return for refund or a quality replacement for this machine!
